Formula’s Next Big thing
Roman Felber is defined by one thing above all: control.
Where many young drivers rely on aggression to find pace, Roman builds speed through precision — clean inputs, disciplined lines, and an almost methodical approach to extracting performance from the car. His strength isn’t chaos; it’s composure. And in modern Formula 4, that’s a differentiator.
Growing up alongside his identical twin brother, Cash, Roman developed in a constant high-pressure environment — two drivers with equal talent, but very different driving styles. Cash attacks corners. Roman dissects them. That dynamic has shaped Roman into a driver whose consistency and smoothness make him exceptionally effective.
2025 became the year when those traits matured into real open-wheel capability.
2025: The Foundation Year
Roman’s first full season dedicated to Formula 4 machinery delivered exactly what FLBR Motorsport needed: proof that precision translates to podiums. Competing in the US Formula 4 Championship, Roman’s standout results included:
- First US F4 victory
- Multiple pole positions
- Numerous podium finishes
- Several hard-fought second-place finishes
The season was built around one core objective: Convert Roman’s natural precision into sustained pace over full race distances.
The results speak clearly — Roman doesn’t just have speed; he has the consistency and tactical maturity to deliver when it matters most. This combination of qualifying pace and race execution positions him perfectly for the step up to British F4 in 2026.
Testing Across Elite Circuits
To accelerate his learning curve, Roman completed a robust testing program across major European circuits:
- Autobahn Country Club
- Croft Circuit
- Monza
- Silverstone
- Snetterton
Roman’s methodical approach to circuit analysis, paired with his natural precision, allows him to build speed progressively while maintaining exceptional consistency. This calculated style of finding the limit without exceeding it will serve him well in the British F4 Championship in 2026, where managing tires and delivering consistent lap times across longer races will separate the frontrunners from the field.
Who is Roman Felber
Roman maintains peak performance through disciplined training five days a week and cutting-edge recovery methods, including cold plunges, infrared saunas, and red light therapy — a biohacking routine he shares with his twin brother Cash.
Away from racing, Roman’s world slows down. He unwinds with his guitar, escapes to the beach whenever possible, and satisfies his sushi obsession at least twice a week.
At home, his pet rabbit Milo keeps him grounded. The Felber twins stay sharp between sim sessions, shooting hoops and racing Segway go-karts. Although, to be fair, Roman’s calculated style means he’s always thinking three moves ahead, even in the driveway.
Next Step: British F4 in 2026
With a structured foundation in place, Roman now steps into the Wera Tools F4 British Championship certified by FIA, competing with Fortec Motorsport. It’s a series built for drivers who thrive on technique, not theatrics — and that aligns perfectly with Roman’s style.
British F4 rewards discipline, smoothness, and efficiency.
Roman is built for that environment.
This isn’t a leap.
It’s the natural continuation of a driver whose strengths translate directly to European racing.
