The Company previously announced receipt of final approval for listing on the TSXV on February 9, 2026.

Savo / Rantasalmi (Southeastern Finland): Exploration license application area containing a historical inferred resource estimate prepared by a prior operator of 3.23 million tonnes grading 2.7 g/t gold for approximately 276,000 ounces of gold (see the Company’s news release dated May 15, 2023). The historical resource estimate is considered historical in nature, and a qualified person has not completed sufficient work to classify the historical estimate as current mineral resources or mineral reserves.
