MLB Legend Mo Vaughn Launches PROHIT, a New Baseball All-in-One Platform

Mo Vaughn, the 1995 American League MVP and three-time MLB All-Star, has announced PROHIT. This new digital app is designed to bring elite baseball training to everyone.

For a long time, high-tech baseball swing analysis was only for Major League teams or expensive labs. PROHIT changes that. It puts detailed data and 3D swing tools directly on the smartphone. Now, players and coaches at every level can use the same tools as the pros.

A New Way to Train

PROHIT combines Mo Vaughn’s famous “Hit Dog” mindset with new technology. It solves a big problem in youth baseball: not knowing exactly what to fix in a swing.

• 3D Swing Analysis: The app uses a phone’s camera to study a hitter’s movement. You don’t need expensive sensors or gear.
• Real Numbers: The platform tracks how fast the bat moves and how the body rotates. This gives players a clear plan to get better.
• Made for Every Player: PROHIT can be used at home, out in the field, or between lessons. It helps players keep working on their swing even when they aren’t with a coach.

“In the Big Leagues, we had data for every swing. But for a high school coach or a kid at a local park, that data was always too expensive,” said Mo Vaughn. “I started PROHIT to change that. We are taking the guesswork out of hitting.”

Baseball Accessible to Everyone

PROHIT is the newest part of the baseball training ecosystem led by Mo Vaughn, designed to support player development by helping athletes monitor progress and stay focused between training sessions, with the chance to stay in peak shape to outplay the competition.

Separately, Mo Vaughn has opened doors for athletes to train in person through the VSA Performance Center in Boca Raton, Florida. Operated by the Vaughn Sports Academy, this facility offers hands-on instruction with professional equipment and certified trainers, giving players access to high-level, in-person development opportunities.
