(“GameSquare” or the “Company”) a next-generation media, entertainment, technology and digital native treasury company, today announced it repurchased 1,038,787 shares of its common stock for $563,801, representing an average price of approximately $0.54 per share. Following this transaction, the Company has approximately $3.3 million remaining under its current authorization.
Consistent with its capital allocation priorities, GameSquare intends to continue to opportunistically repurchase its common stock. Since October 2025, the Company has repurchased a total of 2,992,517 shares of its common stock for $1,728,756, representing an average price of approximately $0.58 per share.
