The expanded offering combines evidence-based clinical services with experiential therapies designed to address substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health needs in an integrated way.

Ingrained Recovery’s dual diagnosis approach focuses on addressing mental health and substance use challenges together. Equine therapy is integrated with established clinical modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
